Our Story
Three women with distinct personalities and rich, diverse life experiences. Collectively, we’ve travelled the world, loved and lost, worked hard, played harder, dreamed boldly, and discovered deeply.
Our paths crossed En Kairos (in good time.)
There was a call, a quiet one at first.
A community of people with stories to tell, questions to explore, and laughter to share.
It whispered... then murmured... until it became a voice we could no longer ignore.
So we listened.
And from that call, we began crafting a space where people feel safe to come forth, connect with others, and grow into themselves,fully and freely.

The Advance Team
I'm someone who has forever been deeply drawn to both the transformative power of art and the innate healing intelligence of the body.
With a strong foundation in nursing,complemented with extensive training in somatic therapies and art psychotherapy,I've developed an integrative approach to health and wellness, weaving together creative expression with body based therapies.
I strongly believe that each one of us has an inner capacity to reconnect with ourselves, restore, rebalance and heal.
My role is to hold space for you,to witness, facilitate and empower you on this journey.
I'm also a mixed media artist with a love of textiles and thread, materials that women have long used to stitch their stories into being. Like fabric and art, we are layered, complex and full of meaning. We are endlessly becoming. My intention is to help you rediscover and reconnect to the wonder that is you.
I would describe myself as a colourful person; having tried my hand at multiple tasks, jobs, experiences and enjoying each one in the moment and storing incredible memories for my old age! If asked I would say my greatest achievement was raising five relatively sane children (all mine).
My extensive travels and birthplace afforded me a brief glimpse into the human spirit, from many diverse cultures that left me with one key takeaway for life: "Treat others as you wish to be treated!"
My tertiary education and work journey were opposites: Joint Honours Degree in Drama/English Literature, and then onto the following: English teacher, Account Executive Marketing & Advertising, owner of multiple shoe stores in London (12 years), owner of a kid’s Drama School, and a successful kid's Summer Camp (8 years) and at present I'm kept busy working with my husband in our Renewable Energy business. I thrive on new connections and challenges!
I’ve always believed that happiness is not just a personal pursuit, but a shared experience one that flourishes through meaningful relationships, creative expression, and a sense of purpose.
My work has always centered on people: helping them find clarity, confidence, and direction—both in life and in work.
As an engagement facilitator with deep experience in training, team development, and transformational learning across diverse industries, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals and teams through moments of insight, collaboration, and meaningful growth.
I create spaces where people feel genuinely safe to reflect, connect, and evolve individually and together.
For me, it's about nurturing what already lives within us... and helping it shine.

“In good time” was my grandmother’s response to my countless questions about when things would happen in my life. As a child, impatience filled my days, but over the years, I watched as life unfolded, its rhythm indifferent to my urgency yet always arriving right on time.
I once believed the “right moment” would appear like a luminous orb, shimmering above my head, accompanied by thunderous drumming and trumpets. But reality was far gentler. "In good time” found me instead in the quiet moments, the jasmine in full bloom, its fragrance carried by the warm dusk air, wrapping around me like an old friend.
My questions were answered not by signs in the sky, but through gratitude, presence, and love. The truth had always been within me. My right time had always been my own.
