Our Workshops & Retreats offer a safe, supported transition on our journey into the magical mayhem of midlife.
We know there is a powerful moment when a woman knows it’s time! Time to reassess. Time to recalibrate. Time to live in alignment. Time to choose herself.
At En Kairos Collective, we support women in releasing what no longer serves them, and moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and ease. We hold space for the many versions of you… past, present and becoming. It's your time.
Who We Are
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Two women with rich, diverse life experiences. Collectively, we’ve travelled the world, loved and lost, worked hard, played harder, dreamed boldly, and discovered deeply.
There was a call, a quiet one at first. A community of people with stories to tell, questions to explore, and laughter to share. It whispered..then murmured..until it became a voice we could no longer ignore. So we listened.
And from that call, we began crafting a space where people feel safe to come forth, connect with others, and grow into themselves, fully and freely.
What We Do
At En Kairos , our facilitation is grounded in a rich blend of creative expression, somatic awareness, reflective practice, and lived life experience.
Together, we bring backgrounds in nursing, somatic therapies, expressive arts, art therapy, drama, education, facilitation, and transformational learning, woven with decades of real-world experience as women, mothers, creatives, entrepreneurs, and friends.
We hold space with warmth, depth, and integrity, creating an environment where women feel safe to soften, explore, express, and reconnect.
Through creativity, movement, dialogue, and embodied practices, we support each participant to gently restore balance, clarity, and confidence, at her own pace, in her own way.
"In Good Time"- a short story
“In good time” was my grandmother’s response to my countless questions about when things would happen in my life. As a child, impatience filled my days, but over the years I watched as life unfolded - its rhythm indifferent to my urgency, yet always arriving right on time.
I once believed the “right moment” would appear like a luminous orb, shimmering above my head, accompanied by thunderous drumming and trumpets. But reality was far gentler. “In good time” found me instead in the quiet moments - the jasmine in full bloom, its fragrance carried on the warm dusk air, wrapping around me like an old friend.
My questions were answered not by signs in the sky, but through gratitude, presence, and love. The truth had always been within me. My right time had always been my own.
In Greek, En Kairos can mean “in good time,” “in time,” “about time,” or “it’s time,” depending on inflection. It echoes my grandmother’s gentle reminder that life cannot be hurried - only trusted.
When this Collective came into being, the name felt inevitable.
En Kairos Collective reflects the belief that true reconnection and healing happen not through urgency, but through presence - when the moment is ready, and so are we.
